2. In order for the payment for parking using a mobile phone to be successful, you must confirm the request from your mobile operator to write off funds.
3. As soon as the first payment for parking is made, the user automatically gets a parking account.
4. Funds for parking are written off from the mobile account and reserved on the parking account.
5. The minimum duration at the start of a parking session using SMS is 1 hour.
