The Gorparkovki mobile application allows you to:

• find different types of parking;
• get additional information about parking (name, address, cost, capacity, location on the map, etc.);
• pay for parking online;
• prematurely end a parking session online;
• extend a parking session online;
• view current parking;
• view payment history;
• view the history of previously paid license plates;
• manage your parking account (view current status, top up), etc.

These functions are available only to registered users. Therefore, in order to use them, you need to go through the registration procedure, or log in using the previously created login and password used on the Internet portal https://volgaparking.ru

To pay for parking immediately after parking your vehicle, follow these steps:

1. Download and install the application on your device;

2. Select the city of Volgograd and go through the registration procedure, or, if you are already registered in your personal account https://volgaparking.ru, log in using your mobile phone number.

Attention! For correct display of personal account data when authorizing by phone number, you must specify the number that is linked to your personal account https://volgaparking.ru

You can also log in using the login and password specified in your personal account https://volgaparking.ru. To do this, click the “Log in with password” button and enter your email address and password.

3. Select the parking lot you are interested in on the map (or use the search bar and find the parking lot by address) and click the "Pay" button.

4. If you have not yet added a vehicle number, the application will prompt you to add it. If you have already added vehicles to the application before, select the vehicle from the list.

5. Specify the duration of the intended parking.

6. Click the "Pay" button.

7. You will see information about the start and end of the paid parking session.

8. If you wish, you can extend the time or interrupt the current parking session by clicking on the corresponding buttons.

If the parking session is stopped early, the recalculation of the refunded funds is made in multiples of an hour.

To delay the payment of parking until 23:59 of the day on which the placement of the vehicle in the paid parking space is terminated, do the following:

1. Log in to the Gorparkovki mobile app;

2. Use the search located in the lower right corner of the screen (the Magnifying glass icon) to select the parking address or the parking zone number;

3. Click the "Pay" button;

4. In the form that opens, fill in the "Transport" field by selecting or specifying the vehicle for which payment is being made;

5. Click the "Post-payment" button located on the right under the "Transport" column;

6. In the "Start" column, specify the start time of the parking session (the time at which the vehicle was parked);

7. In the "Parking time" column, specify the duration of parking;

8. If necessary, select the payment method in the "Payment method" section;

9. Press the "Pay" button;

10. If necessary, confirm the payment.

Attention! When using this payment method, you control the time your car was in the paid parking lot.
