In accordance with the Law of the Volgograd Region dated 25.12.2018 No. 158-OD (as amended on 06.07.2023 No. 56-OD) "On Certain Issues in the Sphere of Road Traffic Organization in the Volgograd Region", the right to free use of paid parking is granted in relation to vehicles driven by one of the members of a family with three or more minor children, as well as adult children under the age of 23 studying in general education organizations, professional educational organizations and educational organizations of higher education in full-time education.

To be able to use this benefit, the vehicle of a large family must be included in the Register of vehicles for which the right to free use of paid parking located on lands owned by the state or municipality is granted (hereinafter referred to as the Register).

To include a vehicle in the Register, you must contact the My Documents centers of Volgograd or the Committee for Transport and Road Facilities of the Volgograd Region.
