The amount of the fine for failure to pay for parking a vehicle in a municipally owned parking lot used in accordance with a municipal legal act on a paid basis is established by Article 8.18 of the Volgograd Region Code of Administrative Liability "Law of the Volgograd Region dated December 12, 2023 N°106-OD "On Amendments to the Volgograd Region Code of Administrative Liability dated June 11, 2008 N°1693-OD" in the subsection "Regulatory and Legal Documents" of the section "About the Project" and is:

• For citizens – from 2,500 to 5,000 rubles;
• For officials – from 15,000 to 20,000 rubles;
• For legal entities – from 30,000 to 40,000 rubles.

When an administrative offence is recorded by special technical means operating in automatic mode and having the functions of photography, filming, video recording, or by means of photography, filming, video recording, the amount of the fine is: For individuals - 2,500 rubles; For legal entities - 30,000 rubles.

It is not possible to pay a fine via a mobile application or an Internet portal from a personal parking account; replenishing a parking account will not result in the payment of a fine. Information on methods of paying a fine is provided in the "Payment of fines" subsection.
