In accordance with the Law of the Volgograd Region dated 25.12.2018 No. 158-OD (as amended on 06.07.2023 No. 56-OD) "On certain issues in the sphere of traffic organization in the Volgograd Region", the right to free use of paid parking is granted in relation to vehicles driven by veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans of military operations covered by Articles 2-4 of the Federal Law "On Veterans", or transporting the said persons.

To be able to use this benefit, the vehicle must be included in the Register of vehicles for which the right to free use of paid parking spaces located on lands owned by the state or municipality is granted (hereinafter referred to as the Register).

To include a vehicle in the Register, you must contact the My Documents centers of Volgograd or the Committee for Transport and Road Facilities of the Volgograd Region.
