By registering in the personal account https://volgaparking.ru , the User undertakes to accept this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent). Acceptance of the offer of the Consent is the User's registration on the Internet portal https:// volgaparking.ru. The User gives his consent to the Municipal Budgetary Institution "Severnoye" (hereinafter referred to as the MBU "Severnoye"), which owns the Internet portal https:// volgaparking.ru, and which is located at the address: Volgograd, Dorozhnikov proezd 1, to process his personal data with the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools and with their use.
2. Consent is given for the processing of the following of my personal data:
   • personal data that is not special or biometric;
   • last name, first name, patronymic;
   • registration data about the vehicle I own;
   • contact phone numbers;
   • e-mail address.
3. The purpose of personal data processing: registration in the automated information system for managing paid parking spaces.
4. The basis for processing personal data are: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; the Charter of MBU "Severnoye"; other federal laws and regulatory legal acts.
5. During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
6. The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out on the basis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Personal data are processed until the liquidation of MBU "Severnoye" as a legal entity. Also, the processing of personal data can be terminated at the request of the subject of personal data.
8. Consent can be revoked by the subject of personal data or his representative by sending a written application to MBU "Severnoye".
9. In the event of the personal data subject or his/her representative revoking consent to the processing of personal data, MBU Severnoye has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
10. This consent is valid until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in paragraphs 8 and 9 of this Consent.
